Doors open at 6 p.m., event begins at 7 p.m.

The finals for the 2019 Suwannee River Jam (SRJ) solo and duos chosen in earlier auditions will take place March 8 beginning at 7 p.m. at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Fla. Solo or duos chosen that night will perform at this year’s SRJ May 1-4. The evening will be spectacular with three new bands auditioning alternately with the solo/duos for the chance to perform at this year’s SRJ.

Some of America’s greatest national country artists announced for this year’s SRJ are Hank Williams Jr., Trace Adkins, Chase Rice, Clint Black, Gretchen Wilson, Craig Campbell, Frankie Ballard, A Thousand Horses, Uncle Kracker and Brian Callihan!

Admission is free, doors open at 6 p.m., alternating band/solo/duo auditions begin at 7 p.m. Many fans are expected to attend so arrive early if possible. If you would like to make reservations, please call The SOS Café at 386-364-1703 Thursday, Friday or Saturdays.

Solo finalists auditioning March 8 are Macey Mac (Ocala), Godiva (Jacksonville), Samuel Herb (Nashville, TN), Ashley Holbrook (Orange Park), Brandon Adams (St. Augustine), Cheyenne Graft Brigham (O’Brien), Sarah Trimm (Live Oak), Nolan Hamm (17 of Bushnell), a duo of Stephen Quinn and Gabe Bullard (Jacksonville) and a duo of Brandon Douglas and Drew Bernard (Gainesville). Bands auditioning are Austin Park Band (Jacksonville), Southern Burn (Gainesville) and Southbound 75 (Odessa). Bands will be judged separately from the solo/duos. Make plans now to attend this huge music event where some of the best country artists anywhere will be performing on stage!

Bands already chosen to play at the 2019 Suwannee River Jam without further audition are Creekside Band (Pierson, Georgia), Doc Adams Band (Dixie & Levy counties), Savannah Faith Band (Corbin, Kentucky), Justin Spivey Band (Axton, Ga.), Diamond Dixie (Orlando) and Dylan Gerard and his band (Jacksonville). Those bands chosen March 8 at SOSMP will also perform at the SRJ.  Fat Tractor Band (Tampa) was selected at Steinhatchee as a wildcard in the event there is an opening for another band at the SRJ May 1-4 at the SOSMP.

Also already selected to perform at the SRJ is a trio of exceptional young singers – Katie O (13, Jacksonville), Sadie Miller (10, Branford) and Brooke Spencer (10, Jacksonville).
