We are excited to host you for another fine Country Music event here at the
Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park
We have prepared a few tips and tricks to help you enjoy your visit.

Box Office Hours – Our Box Office will open on Sunday morning at 9am.  We will have limited hours the first three days of the week so please pay attention.  The Box Office is where you exchange your tickets for wristbands, check-in for camping, and purchase your Parking.  Please be sure to have your tickets and photo ID ready when you reach the window.

Sunday, April 28, 2019 – Main Entrance-Green Ticket Booth – 9am – Midnight local time.  Use the Main Park Entrance off of Highway 129. Program your GPS to 3076 95th Drive, Live Oak, Fl 32060.  Follow instructions.

Monday, April 29, 2019 – Main Entrance-Green Ticket Booth – 9am – Midnight local time.  Use the Main Park Entrance off of Highway 129. Program your GPS to 3076 95th Drive, Live Oak, Fl 32060.  Follow instructions.

Wednesday, May 1, 2019 – Festival Entrance – Opens at 9am and remains open on a 24-hour basis until the close of the show on Saturday night.  Use the Festival Entrance off of Highway 132. Program your GPS to 9379 County Road 132, Live Oak, Fl 32060. Follow instructions.

Thursday, May 2, 2019 – Open 24 hours.  Use the Festival Entrance off of Highway 132.  Program your GPS to 9379 County Road 132, Live Oak, Fl 32060.  Follow instructions.

Friday, May 3, 2019 – Open 24 hours.  Use the Festival Entrance off of Highway 132.  Program your GPS to 9379 County Road 132, Live Oak, Fl 32060.  Follow instructions.

Saturday, May 3, 2019 – Open Until the Last Act Takes the Stage.  Use the Festival Entrance off of Highway 132. Program your GPS to 9379 County Road 132, Live Oak, Fl 32060.  Follow instructions.

Parking If you are Primitive Camping or if you have purchased an Upgraded Camp Site, your vehicle is allowed in the Park with proper credentials vehicle credentials.  If you have day passes you may Park in the Front Parking Lot with the appropriate Car Sticker.

$25 Weekend Day Parking – means you can Park the day of purchase through the end of the show until the close of the show each day.  Vehicles may not be left overnight in the Parking Lot.

$10 Day Parking – means you can Park the day of purchase through the close of the show on the day of purchase.  

Towing  – Uncredentialed Vehicles and those remaining in the lot overnight will be towed.  Owners will be responsible for all towing fees. If your vehicle has been towed you may check in with the Camping Office each day between 8am and 5pm.

Vehicles in Dry Storage – The camping office is open each day from 8am to 5pm.  If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, you will need to call the Camping Office at 386/364-1683 in ADVANCE of the show to make arrangements for after hours access.  Please plan ahead.

GOLF CARTS – You must check in your GOLF CART at the designated Ticket Booth.  Please bring a copy of your Insurance Policy and the signed Golf Cart Policy to give to the Customer Service Representative issuing the Passes.  All Golf Carts must be credentialed (including Handicap Carts). The person registering the Handicap Golf Cart must be the person assigned the Handicap Hang Tag and must present their Drivers’ License at Registration.  Golf Carts are not permitted in the Venue at any time. PETS and Service Animals – We prefer that you leave your pet at home during the show.  But if you must bring your dog, or cat, you will need to show proof of current vaccination and you must register your Pet or Service Animal.  You can obtain more information about our policy and download the appropriate forms at our website. Visit www.musicliveshere.com  Look for Park Policies and Rules.  

Please bring completed forms and copies of vaccination record to leave with the Customer Service Representative.  No other animals are permitted in the Park. So please leave your snakes, raccoons, mice, kangaroos, horses, etc., at home.

VIP

VIPs please check in at the appropriate ticket booth to receive your wristbands, laminates, and parking passes.  Gold VIPs will also receive a Goody Bag and Meal Tickets. The VIP Theme this year is “Some Beach”

Friday Dinner – Serve Time 6p -8p    The VIP Pavilion will open at 5pm
     You will exchange your Friday Meal Ticket for 1 trip through the Buffet Line.  The Friday Dinner
     Menu includes:
Hawaiian Pork Loin, Broccoli & Cheese Pork Loin, Pot Roast, Mashed potatoes with
     gravy, Mac N Cheese, and Vegetable Medley

Saturday Lunch – Serve Time Noon – 2pm.  The VIP Pavilion will open at Noon
     You will exchange your Saturday Lunch Meal Ticket for 1 trip through the Buffet Line.  The
     Saturday Lunch 
Menu includes:  BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Corn, Mac N Cheese

Saturday Dinner – Serve Time 6p – 8p
     You will exchange your Saturday Dinner Meal Ticket for 1 trip through the Buffet Line.  The
     Saturday Dinner Menu includes:
Prime Rib, Bourbon Chicken, Mashed potatoes, Asparagus, Green
     Beans

Gold VIP Snack Shack – Gold VIPs also enjoy 2 trips on Friday and Saturday to the VIP Snack
Shack located in the VIP area.  You will exchange your Snack Shack Ticket for 1 trip to the Snack
Shack. Snack Shack opens at 8pm on Friday and on Saturday 2p – 6p and 8p – 11p.  

The Snack Shack menu includes Hamburgers, Fried Shrimp, Catfish Nuggets, and Chicken Nuggets, each available with fries; Cheese Sticks; Nachos & Cheese; Ice Tea/Bottled Water.

Silver & Gold VIPs have access to the Free Chair Massage Friday from 6p -9p and Saturday 4p – 9p. No appointments necessary.

Concierge Tent – provides VIP & Park Information; Secure Power/Charging Stations/VIP Lost & Found

T-Shirt and Poster – Gold VIPs will pick up their T-Shirt and Poster at the Artist Merchandise Tent along Food Vendor Row in the Venue.  You will exchange your T-Shirt and Poster ticket at the Artist Merchandise Tent.

MEMBERS – Members have access to the Spirit Treehouse Viewing Area for Main Stage Performances.  Please check in with the Main Camping Office on Sunday – Thursday until 5pm to receive your laminate and wristband to obtain access to the Spirit Treehouse Viewing Area. Beginning on Friday at 4pm – you can receive your credentials at the Spirit Treehouse.   We have included a Bar in the area this year. Buttman’s BBQ is hosting a member dinner at 6pm on Friday and Saturday at the Spirit Treehouse. On Friday we will be serving Pulled Pork, Taters, and Green Beans.  On Saturday, Chicken, Mac & Cheese, and Baked Beans.

Handicap Assistance – Handicap Escorts are available to help you get around the Park safely. Please reach out to them for assistance during the show times  386/777-6802.

First Aide will be located at the Lake Camping Area.  If you need assistance please check in with our Suwannee County EMS Crew.

Artist and Festival Merchandise – will be located at the Merchandise Tent along Food Vendor Row in the Venue.  Gold VIPs with tickets should bring their ticket to exchange for a Festival T-Shirt and Official Poster.

Country Store – The Country Store at the Park has all your camping supply needs covered.  For guests who have purchased a Cabin and Golf Cart package, you will pick up your Golf Cart Rental at the Country Store.  You will need to complete the appropriate paperwork. A valid Drivers License is required for pick up. Country Store hours are as follows:  Sunday 8a-6p; Monday 8a-6p; Tuesday 8a-6p; Wednesday 8a – 1a; Thursday 8a – 1a; Friday 8a- 1a; and Saturday 8a-1a. The Country Store will be open on the Sunday after the show 9a-5p.  

SOS CAFÉ and Music HallThe SOS Café is a great place to sit down and enjoy a hot meal.  Our Breakfast Buffet is top notch and worth a visit. The SOS Café will open on Tuesday at 8am – 6p; and Wednesday 8a for breakfast and remain open through the close of the show on Wednesday night.  Show Hours of operation include: Thursday 8a – 2a; Friday 8a – 2a Saturday 8a-2a; and Sunday after the show 8a – 1p.
